What payment options are available?
All our orders are processed through PayPro Global - this renowned company provides the payment platform for software developers worldwide. You can find their address and phone numbers here. It offers different types of payment: credit card, PayPal, bank/wire transfer with invoice, and more. All available payment options are listed on the secure order page.
How do I get my order delivered?
We use Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) model. This means that you will be able to download the program from our server as soon as the payment is processed. You will receive an email with your license key along with the installation instructions.
I want an installation CD, can I get it?
You can order a backup CD to be delivered to you by postal service for a small extra fee. Check Backup CD in the online order form if you wish to get a CD.
How long does it take to deliver the software?
The registration email usually arrives within a few minutes after the payment is processed. If there seems to be a delay, we recommend that you check your Spam folder, or contact our Support Team and provide your order ID.
How long does it take to deliver the CD?
- - USA - up to 5 working days
- - Canada - between 6-10 business days, but may take longer
- - European Union - up to 5 working days
- - other European countries - up to 14 working days
- - the rest of the world - up to 25 working days

How long will it take to get a reply from Support Team?
